We were pleased with the value for money of this hotel. The amenities were all in good condition and the staff were friendly and treated us warmly. we appreciated the convenience of having an iron in the room, as well as a TV that provided access to YouTube and Netflix.

We had a great Easter stay with excellent service from the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easily accessible. We also enjoyed the variety of food options offered that were very tasty. The comfortable beds and the cleanliness of the rooms were also a plus!
The soundproofing system was inadequate and we were awoken early in the morning by noise from adjacent rooms. the size of the room was small and lacked sufficient space.

This hotel is located conveniently close to the city center and state office. the breakfast buffet is a value for money with nice food. Some rooms come with attached irons and TVs with access to YouTube and Netflix. the staff is friendly and welcoming.
Some guests did not receive efficient follow-up on their complaints and requests.

The staff at Serapi Hotel were cute and friendly, making us feel at home. The attached iron in the room was a convenient and thoughtful addition. The television had access to YouTube and Netflix, keeping my son entertained.

Great value for money! the location was perfect, close to both the state office and city center. the breakfast buffet was delicious, including a wide variety of food. the room came included with a TV that had YouTube and Netflix access, perfect for after a long day out. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Although it was a great stay, there were some downsides. the room was quite small and insufficient for two adults, with little space to move around.
